There is a check in time of between 4pm to 6pm unless otherwise arranged. You are asked to vacate the property by 10am on the day of departure to allow time for preparation for the next guests.
December 18th to January 9th £600 per week
Otherwise November to March £400 per week (buy two weeks get third week free).
November to March £275 per four nights.
April, May, September & October £500 per week (10% discount for more than two weeks)
April, May, September & October £350 per four nights.
June £525 per week (10% discount for more than two weeks)
July & August £650 per week
20% deposit; a further 30% payable 6 weeks before arrival; remainder payable four weeks before arrival. Payment by PayPal, cheque or credit card.
No booking is secure until confirmed by us in writing.
