Loch Ness Croft is a sixties' bungalow perched in an incredible location with
amazing views over world famous Loch Ness.
It is set in a rustic garden on a steep hillside. There is a BBQ area a washing line patio furniture.
It sleeps four in a double and twin bedded room.
Access is by private driveway and provides good parking and an excellent play area for children. The garden and adjacent hillside are often home to deer and pine marten etc. You may even get to see the Loch Ness Monster!
The house sleeps four in a double and twin bedded room. A cot can be provided if required. There is a very large lounge area with part in an extension providing wonderful views in three directions. There is gas central heating and a real flame gas fire as a centre piece.
The house is just fourteen miles from Inverness, thirty miles from
the airport and a short walk from the well serviced village of
Drumnadrochit with its restaurants, bars, exhibition centres,
garage, post office and supermarket all within walking distance.
The property is managed by Poily McAvro who lives in the village. The property is cleaned and prepared prior to each letting and also each seven days when the letting is for more than a week.
You will be greeted by a small parcel of groceries on your arrival and a full instruction book is provided for all the equipment, heating and oven etc. Help is normally only a phone call away.
The property is just perfect for touring the Highlands. Just south beyond Drumnadrochit is the road to Invermoriston and Skye. North there is the stunning Glen Affric and the standing stones of Corrimony. East is the Clansman Hotel with Cobbs restaurant. Boat trips run from several locations and Urquhart Castle is just a short drive away. There are fascinating historic places to visit in the area and many walks.
